Shay Seaborne, CPTSD teaches Relational Neuroscience, also known as Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), for stress reduction, trauma recovery, and community building. Their friend and Alexander Technique teacher, Imogen Ragone, has decades of experience. Together they offer courses and workshops online and in person.
Foundations of Regulation
Class #14 recently concluded. Next One Likely Autumn 2026
Our signature course, Foundations of Regulation, offers six weeks of a lived, embodied experience within a small, curated environment built for safe connection. Once you feel it here, you know it out there. Find your path toward a deep, familiar sense of safety, connection, and authentic wellbeing, a feeling you’ll carry with you long after the course ends.
SOON! Understanding Recurrent Pain: Brain, Body, Environment, and Practical Skills
In this 90-minute workshop, Imogen and Shay will look at recurrent pain through an Interpersonal Neurobiology-informed perspective. They will bring together what is known about the brain, nervous system, body, relationships, environment, stress, and neuroplasticity, and look at what this means for people who live with pain that keeps coming back.
There will be information, discussion, and experiential practices. Nothing is required. You can participate in whatever way works for you.
This is not a workshop about positive thinking or pretending pain isn’t real. It’s an opportunity to look at pain differently and consider what else may be influencing your experience.
Building Circles of Safety
Next Workshop TBD
Healing can’t happen when you’re already overloaded. Our “Building Circles of Safety” 2-session workshop doesn’t ask you to force anything.
It helps you feel what safety is like, so you can recognize your own needs and begin responding to them in ways that support healing.
Navigating Uncertainty
Next offering: August 11th, 2026
Our 90-minute webinar, “Navigating Uncertainty: Supporting Your Nervous System in Challenging Times,” offers a unique opportunity to deepen understanding of how the body and mind respond to stress and uncertainty. It combines practical tools and actionable insights grounded in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and BodyIntelligence principles.
Soothe Your Holiday Stress
Next Offering TBD
This isn’t another generic holiday stress workshop. Our 60-minute workshop, “Soothe Your Holiday Stress,” is a deep dive into the neuroscience of resilience, offering you an empowering path through the season, without having to learn scientific jargon. Stop surviving the holidays and start navigating them with greater peace and ease.
